Our Stand Alone Trim Units use the same rotary style cutting head that our Hitch Feeds and Flying Cut Offs.  It allows for  tubing to be hand fed into the machine to the desired length.  This unit is  ideal for smaller production runs when a clean cut is required.

Available Models:

JB125 - capable of cutting up to 1.125" diameter tubing with up to .070" wall.  An optional pull-apart, two plane straightener and coil payoff are available

JB200 - capable of cutting up to 2.0" diameter tubing with up to .100" wall.  An optional pull-apart , two-plane straightener and coil payoff are available; with tubing and wall thickness limitations.

JB400 - capable of cutting up to 4.0" diameter tubing with up to .125" wall.   The pull-apart option is not available on this unit.
